A nice and cheap mod that takes about 30 seconds to do, simply start with some headrest springs (recommend searching eBay for the springs):

The existing headrests currently live in the down position due to me not liking the look of the plain "rods" when in the up position:


To fit the springs, simply remove the headrests, slide the springs on to the rods, refit the headrests, job done:


Easy, eh?
